RhinoTenders API & integrations · BETA

Connect tender data to your tools

Retrieve tenders, organizations and catalogue filters to build your own CRM, ERP or AI agent integrations.

Read-only API in beta. A RhinoTenders administrator must enable access for your account. Your subscription rights and quotas apply, with 30 requests per minute shared across endpoints.

Use cases for your teams

CRM and sales tracking

Feed relevant tenders into your tracking tool to organize opportunity qualification and follow-up.

ERP and internal monitoring

Match tenders and organizations to your internal records in an integration you develop.

AI agents and analysis

Use data available to your account for internal analysis. The dedicated agent documentation describes endpoints and limits.

These examples require your own integration; they are not ready-made CRM or ERP connectors.

Tutorial: retrieve your first page of tenders

  1. Describe your project using our contact form. The team reviews access for your account and subscription.
  2. Once an administrator enables access, generate a token in your account’s API area. It is displayed only once.
  3. From your server, check access status, then retrieve a page of tenders using the examples below.
  4. Use the returned identifiers in your tool. Apply documented filters and pagination to select relevant tenders.
Manage my API access

Replace <your_token> only on your server and keep it in a protected secret. Never embed it in public browser code or shared AI agent instructions.

GET /api/v1/data/status

curl -H "Authorization: Bearer <your_token>" \
  "https://api.rhinotenders.com/api/v1/data/status"

GET /api/v1/data/tenders

curl -H "Authorization: Bearer <your_token>" \
  "https://api.rhinotenders.com/api/v1/data/tenders?page=1&per_page=20&activity_id=12000000"

Before requesting tender details, check your quota: the website and API share account quotas. For a 429 response, respect Retry-After. See the reference for permissions, filters and error codes.
